● Demolition and removal of existing vinyl siding

● Demolition and removal of termite damage compromised interior framing

(plywood and studs) 

● Installation of new studs; and addition of sister studs to existing 

compromised studs

● Installation of new exterior plywood sheathing fascia

● Installation of prefinished concrete board siding

● Installation of Azek trim

● Caulking of seams - siding and trim
