Scope of Work: 

  • Demolition and removal of existing deck

  • Sister new joist header to current, compromised header

  • Weather sealing of tongue-and-groove mahogany decking

  • Installation of new mahogany decking

  • Installation of custom built porch swing

 

Role: Lead Carpenter (total team of two)
