● Demolition of existing plaster walls and ceiling 

● Temporary wall installation; and according installation of steel gusset before removal

of temporary wall

● Leveling and construction of new ceiling

● New wall framing

● Installation of one new window

● Installation of dual pane, sliding glass exterior door

● Installation of new kitchen cabinetry

● Installation of baseboard, casing, and crown molding
