Scope of Work: 

● Demolition of existing cabinets, walls, and flooring

● Replacement of termite damage compromised studs

● Installation of new sister joists to existing compromised ceiling joists

● New window installation

● Installation of new kitchen cabinetry

● Installation of crown molding, baseboard & trim

● Installation of tile backsplash
