• Demolition and removal of existing deck

• Demolition and removal of existing cinder block retaining wall

• Excavation and pouring of concrete footings

• Installation of ledger board to existing home wall with masonry fasteners

• All pressure treated framing- including installation of steel footings and joist hangers

• Installation of pressure treated decking; scribed to existing home wall

• Construction and installation of custom stringers and steps
